Hi my name is Natasha,

Originally from England, I have been lucky to call Canada my home for 21 years and the West Coast for the last 3.  I have always been crafty and have spent many years with my children and numerous day care children at the kitchen table creating whatever their little hearts desired.

It really was not until I stayed at Long Beach Lodge in Tofino that I discovered my first sand dollar on the beach.  At first, not even knowing what it was (apart from absolutely beautiful), I did some research and really felt a bond with these beautiful shells.  The possibilities were endless for using them in crafts and that’s where it started.  People began telling me what a great job I was doing with them and asking to buy them, one thing led to another.  I try to remain focused on anything with a beach theme such as signs, magnets, mounted sand dollars but have started designing shadow boxes, which I really enjoy.  I like to custom make pieces for people so that the piece becomes individual to the customer.  So if you see something you like but would like to alter the wording, colour, size etc, please let me know and I will design something just for you!
