The BC Parliament Buildings in Victoria are lit at night – on a dark, clear night the crisp air makes a perfectly contrasting black and white image.

Prints are mounted and matted with white archival rag mats and are frame ready. Each print is signed and numbered on both the print and the mat. An authentication label and artist statement is on the back of each mount.
